Mrs. Susan Klauer, Principal

Mrs. Klauer is feeling blessed that God has called her to be the principal of Peace Lutheran School. She began her teaching career as a public school teacher, but was quickly drawn to the daily sharing of her faith and the blessings God gives us each day! Lutheran High School Northwest was where she learned about ministry as she taught German and English.  Later she helped start a small Lutheran school at Our Saviour Lutheran in her hometown of Armada until she received a call to St. Peter’s Lutheran School in Richmond. It was in these two schools that Susan found her niche teaching middle school grades.  Finally, God called Susan up north to St. Paul Lutheran in Millington, where she began taking her administration classes, which were immediately put to use when Trinity, Bay City called her to be their principal/teacher.  Susan is married to Peter, and they have two grown daughters.  As Susan and Peter considered the call to Peace Lutheran, they were happy about returning back home, and to becoming part of the Peace congregation, which seemed so excited and full of love for Jesus and others!
